From Addiction to Freedom

Changing the direction of your life

The RAFT to Recovery programme is intended to help individuals to recover from all types of addiction and compulsions using Buddhist teachings and – where appropriate – enhanced by supporting material from neuroscience, psychology (including evolutionary psychology), philosophy, and factors, attitudes and actions, both physical and psychological, that are considered beneficial within current addiction recovery treatment models.

Embarking on the path of recovery is a profound act of courage and self-care.

The RAFT framework offers a reliable structure, integrating ancient wisdom and modern
understanding to guide your way.
